Reports of "unable to create document" errors

Gotten 10 reports today (Aug 1, 2013) of "unable to create" document errors from at least 10 people. This prevents Newsbin from starting and running.

We're really not getting enough information on the cause or the version where this is happening. If this is happening to you, please post here about it. We'll try to figure something out.
