Unrecoverable error 11: DownloadsV2.db3

Good Morning - since recently restoring my windows system from a backup, when I download group headers I get errors that say 'unrecoverable error 11' and detail 'downloadsV2.db3'. I can't tell whether this interferes with the functioning of Newbin or not but there seems to be a portion of the sqlite database missing. Is this a serious problem and how can I correct it?

In the options select "Open Data Folder" then exit Newsbin.

Delete all the "DownloadsV2" files you see in that folder. Then restart Newsbin. It'll recreated the file.

Apparently the backup contains a corrupt version of this file.
