change version appearance

When newsbin is installed it gives a choice of version appearance.
I'm pretty sure there is a way to change this without re installing but I have completely forgotten how.
I can't even remember how to customize and resize the windows to change the look.
Hate to be a bother for something I should know and searched many topics but couldn't find what I was looking for.
I would appreciate any help.
