My installation of Newsbin Pro is of Newbin Pro Version 6.80B9 Build 4978, running under Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Individual Preview Build 17017.
Running the sqlite3 command, ' sqlite3 DownloadMarker.db3 "VACUUM;" from a command prompt has disclosed that file in my installation as being malformed.
What would be the effect of deleting that file?
Are there any other files which also need to be deleted due to the deletion of the DownloadMarker.db3 file?
Thank you.

Make sure you're using the latest sqlite3.exe before you delete it.
http://www.sqlite.org/download.htmlThat's the file that tags downloads as "Downloaded" or not. If you delete it, you'll loose that status. It will build up again as the file grows.

Thank you.
Can I replace the malformed file with a backup copy, which isn't malformed, from a few days ago that was created with the same version of Newsbin Pro?

Sure.
The big question is how the file got damaged in the first place. The Db's are very robust.

If you have any security software other than the MS stuff that's built in, I'd probably start there.
