Reconnection delay after network interruptions

Postby RonMarz » Tue Jan 03, 2023 9:07 pm

How long does Newsbin wait to attempt restarting downloads after network interruptions? My new Verizon 5G Home modem/router crashes even under modest loads (and I only use four connections), and though the network connection comes back right away, Newsbin does not. So until Verizon sends me a new modem/router, I either have to manally select "Enable Server(s)" in the Servers tab every time this happens or wait several minutes for Newbin to get arount to it. Is there any way to shorten the wait? Thanks.

I'm using EasyNews with Newsbin 6.90.

Looks like 5 minutes.

There's currently not option to change the interval.

I could consider making it an option but, it seems like a pretty rare situation.

Ah. Too bad, I was hoping it was configurable. Thanks for letting me know.
