Hi,
I have a file I am trying to download. Newsbin is convinced I already downloaded it, but I did not. All attempts to bypass filters ,etc have failed. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Mark

1 - Pause Newsbin
2 - Add the file to download.
3 - Note the download folder.

Now look in the download folder and see if any of the files there match the ones you're trying to download.

You could try "Download to New Folder" as well.

Newsbin won't re-download a file that already exists in the folder. It checks by filename and file contents. If the contents are different, it'll use a new name for the file but still download it.

Do you see anything in the logging tab about the file you're trying to download?

Thanks for getting back to me. I tried all that, but can't seem to get it to show up in the download list and not obvious logged errors.

Actually, just got this error.
[06/06 10:19:17] ERROR Resolver Failed: HTTP/1.1 500 Subscription has expired. Visit https://www.newsbin.com/users/member.php to sign up again.:500

But pretty sure I am not expired. Am I?
