Assemble Incomplete doesn't seam to do anything?

So I tried to download somthing, but it failed.. so I went to the failed tab and clicked download again to move them back over,... paused them.. hit assemble... and they just sit there all gray but nothing happens and the files are not created.

All gray means they should already be assembled. You don't see them on disk?
