SEARCH renewed, but download attempts say it's expired

I was just searching for something, and got a Subscription Expired failure message when trying to download.
I renewed it, and it's good from 2 days ago, but I still cannot download.

I'm using Eweka's news server, and that subscription is good for a while.
I don't think anything changed in my settings or configuration.
And I can't find anything online to say "here's how to get your searched downloads working again in Newsbin".

Any suggestions or pointers to the right reference page?

Maybe you need to register/update key under Help in NewsbinPro?
As I am sure you have closed and reopened NewsbinPro since you renewed your subscription.

Otherwise, Quade or dexter would need to help. You can also contact their support. Quade is usually around the forum more.
