Just to be clear: Are the regex filters case-sensitive?

For example, would a filter for the expression "wma" also work on "WMA" and "wMa?"

Yup, which means they're not case sensitive. Easy enough to check. :P You'll note the moment you hit "find", all search fields go to uppercase anyway.

I'm not sure if the standard Perl regex case escape characters(\u \l) work in v4 - I know they don't in the latest v5.

I upgraded the regex library recently. I believe \s is working now. I haven't tested the other ones.
