I have noticed several large posts I download will complete but will take forever to assemble. On the 'Current Progress' column files that show 'downloaded' are grey, sometimes a couple will remain yellow for quite some time and the assembly color is green. When all the rars are downloaded it just sits there for an hour sometimes, then suddenly it disappears and the file is assembled. I use an external hard drive for my Newsbin folder. What could be going on?

You seem to be talking about unrar and not assembly. It depends on the format though. Yellow means repair. How big is one of these slow assemblers?
