Hi everyone,

Looking for a way to sort a large number of files.

Is there a program around to sort and move files base on the contains of the SFV or PAR?

Read the file, and move all the files listed to a sub folder?

thanks for any help.

Based on what criteria? Seems like a simple thing to write (I mean for me).

Thanks for replying and asking.

I roughed through a powershell script that seems to work ok..

What happen was, i lost a large drive. I was able to recovery some stuff, some some old drives. But it was from a while ago and just all downloaded to a single directory.

So i was thinking there might be, there might be a standalone version of a program that works just like your awesome newsbin application. But with files already download.

Scan a folder. it finds a PAR. verifies all the files are good. then moved everything to a folder and makes it good or something.
then it grabs the next par it fines and repeats.

But I think i'm good for now. Thank you again for taking the time to keep your program updated and continuing to improve it.
