How will the new net neutrality rule changes affect our use of usenet?

Only our respective broadband providers can answer that question.

The New York Times published a reasonably well-written article, F.C.C. Repeals Net Neutrality Rules.

As reported in that article, all that happened recently was the Federal Communication Commission's repeal of the "stronger oversight of broadband providers" which that same commission (with different members) enacted in March of 2015.

I know nothing more than what is in the above-referenced article.
MS Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit - ASUS P8Z77-V LE; Intel i7-3770K 3.5 GHz; 16.0GB DDR3; 512MB EVGA GeForce GTX 760; SAMSUNG 850 500GB SATA III SSD; 2 X HGST 3TB 7200RPM 6.0Gb/s SATA III.
