Why do links use internet explorer?

Postby Galvin » Fri Nov 24, 2017 3:09 pm

Find this really annoying. When I click on links in message of the day. It always opens in internet explorer instead of the default browser that I have. Its been like this forever.

The MOTD window and error windows are really versions of embedded IE so it makes sense that IE would invoke IE. On the other hand the URL's from the help menu should invoke you browser of choice.
