Watch List Topic Limit

Just curious, is there a limit to how many Watch List topics one can have? The first 20 or so work fine but Newsbin does not seem to get to the lower ones.

I've poked through the logs but nothing really pops out.

Thanks!

I have about 45 defined and they seem to all update. Are these header watching watches or do they use the search engine?

Would you recommend using Watch Lists/Search For over Watch Lists and a Filter Profile? Because the latter has pretty much stopped working lately.

Two watch list, one using a Filter Profile and another Watch List with Search For set to an identical string from the Filter Profile used in the other.

Only the Watch List using Search For returns matching results. The Watch List with Search For set to * and using a Filter Profile does not find the matches the other one finds.

Watch Lists with search will find many of the obscured formats which headers no longer supply. I use watch lists primarily with search.

So yes.

You have to be careful if you don't have an unlimited account not to blow through your searches. If you're on a limited account you might want to reduce the search frequency.

Ok. I recently switched to unlimited so it sounds like I should take your approach - using watch lists with search.

"obscured formats which headers no longer supply" Not sure what that is but sounds like even more of a reason do adopt your approach. Thanks.
