Remove from "Failed Files" and remove from disk

In most cases it will fail again, e.g. because the set is incomplete.
There is a failed files list in Newbin
and
there are incomplete files on the HDD.
It sounds pretty much as a newbie question, but is there option to both remove from the failed files list -and- also from the harddisk at the same time?
I manually delete the stuff from my HDD.
I would expect this as a 2nd question whilst deleting the failed files-list , something like:
Do you want to delete the failed files ? [Yes|No]]
Do you want to delete failed downloads [Yes|No]
or something like that.
