Bug - Newsbin 6.80 RC1 - Deletes my download folder

Today I started a large download from a bunch of nzb files. When I came back to my computer, the downloads were finished, they had been un-rared to another directory, which was fine, BUT, my main download directory was gone. Deleted.
This is not the first time this has happened to me with this build. I'm not seeing any other settings that would cause this.
