USB Drive died; can't run NewsBin to set new location of dat

How can I set new locations of data and temp folders. Newsbin will not run. Just tells me it can't find the old folders (on the dead USB HDD). duh.

Either a fresh install or hand edit the configuration file. You can set to download path withing the GUI but, not the data folder. I'd make a backup of the NBI and I'd edit it with wordpad.
