V6.1 Upgarde Issue

I'm trying to upgrade from 5.9 to 6.1, but after starting the install program, I get an error message that say an Internet Connection is required to download the files. I have a working Internet connection. I running Windows 7 Pro. Any suggestions?

The installer is probably being blocked by your firewall.

I disabled the firewall and that didn't help.
