Yes slow disk.
where do I find .nbi?
Not in options, or the program file.
What should I change it too?

There is no 'right' value. As the docs say, it's in MB, defaults to 20, so the larger you set it, the more that will cache. I wouldn't go crazy with it, myself.

Posted: Wed Sep 14, 2011 11:08 pmI use 100 but, I have 6 gigs of ram. If you're running a 64 bit os and have at least 4 gigs of ram ,I might set it to 120.
