HIGH NNTPSocket ??

Postby newsguy97 » Sun Aug 28, 2011 10:37 am

Hello,

I'm receiving tons of logs always starting with the message "HIGH NNTPSocket - " followed by various commands / info it looks like. I'm unsure what this means or if I have something set up wrong? I currently use Giganews and am running VyprVPN. I have SSL set to port 443 ( I have tried 563 and 443, both with the same result).

I seem to be able to download fine, just not sure why I have tons of lines in my log? Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Quade,

Thanks for the quick response, I figured out why they are all showing up on my logging tab. "show NNTP commands" was checked under options -> network -> network settings. When I remove that i do not receive any NNTP messages in my logging tab. Thanks!
