A few questions....

1. Is it possible to somehow delete the database for downloaded files so I can download files again without having to uninstall newsbin?
2. There is a bar coming up after MOTD and the longer I used newsbin, the slower the bar will fill up, any way to remedy that?
3. is there any progress on the ability to download to folder named after the send so you can download everything a example@sender.com has into his/her specific folder without having to create one?

Deleting the Signature.db3 file will deal with #1. I'm unclear what's happening in #2. A bar? Wheere? Does it say anything?

It says its the download bar but it even shows up when there is nothing in the que to download. and it gets slower and slower the more I use the program

Hmmm. Try renaming downloads.db3 before starting and see if that makes a difference... Definitely shouldn't be doing that.

It shouldn't matter until you load up posts, but do you have a lot of posters you've locked out?

You can disable the duplicate checker in the advanced options.


Wish/scratch/failed list will also contribute to loading. Might want to clean them all out. Deleting the downloads.db3 will get all 3.
